Sooooo delicious. Also, soooo expensive. It's worth it, though, when you can afford it. I only go on my birthdays now where they provide a discount for your birthday.
We are so glad that Goat Hill came to West Portal. They are our go-to pizza delivery place. Why? Their crust is yummy and the toppings are delicious. They also offer a really good gluten-free crust which is a must have for me. They always deliver the pizzas quickly, so we don't wait long and the food is hot and fresh. Long live The Goat!
I came here with a group around 9pm on a Friday night. I'm just going to assume that we were being a bit loud and chatty but no one seemed to give us any death glares, whew. I had the best garlic bread with cheese I've ever tasted right in this little restaurant. Ah-mazing. I originally said 'oh I'll just have half of a piece'. Nope, I ended up eating pretty much half of the whole plate.
They have delicious gluten free pizza. Regular pizza is good too. Always super friendly. One of my favorite pizza gems in the city.
They pizza is so good. They have awesome customer service the people are nice. The pizza is sour dough bread when I bit into the pizza I didn't even taste the sour dough until I ate the pizza that's how good the pizza is. The cheese pizza is so yummy I would of totally marry the pizza. ???????????? …
Very limited seating, but a young, pleasant and dedicated staff. I was here on a Friday evening at 7pm. Definitely a dinner rush! But everyone took care of business.. impressive!
We decided to get a pizza today. I had some points to redeem and my birthday treat which made the XL special combo $15 which included the soon to be eliminated junk fee of health mandate and tax. The pizza was ordered by phone but by the time we got it home, parts were soggy not the delish crispy crust I've had here before. Staff was very nice. Can not wait to order again.
First time having Goat Hill Pizza and I must say I was happy I tried it! The pizza was on the thinner side which is how I like it and had a sourdough crust which was great! Would definitely get it again!
We've been ordering from West Portal Goat Hill for years, but something amazing has happened to it post-pandemic. It's the same sourdough crust and huge pizza slices for walk-in (and they'll sell whole pies to go if you want), but it's the friendly service and this nice, scrubbed "eat-in-if-you-want" feeling. We bought several slices on a prime-time Friday and *gasp*, there were many delish choices! And THANK you employees for really being sweet and nice and friendly. Attention Meat-eaters, I HIGHLY Recommend this Porky Pie - Ham/bacon, roasted garlic, red onion, garlic, and some magic. Seriously, I usually don't eat "ham", but this was the bomb. Topped off by great counter service at take-out. Thanks, Goat Hill, for being a dependable West Portal favorite after all these years.
